Getting clipboard contents

I am newbie and trying to know the clipboard contents of visitor who visit my website.This is the exploit in explorer vulnerablity.I don't know what scripts should i use to get the clipboard contents of my visitors.

But as a newbie i am fully confused and any guidace will be helpful.

I don't particularily like the idea of you monitoring my clipboard. What exactly do you want to do with this?

Actually I would like to do this.

The user can paste into the form

But I need a script IF it notices something in the clipboard to ASK the user if they wanted to have it copied into the form.
