There are too many links. You seem to have three links to the same page for a lot of pages.
The color scheme doesn't seem consistant.
Whether or not you have valid code (1 (http://validator.w3.org:8001/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//www.subsilvernet.com/index.php), 2 (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css2&warning=2&uri=http%3A//www.subsilvernet.com/index.php)), you are using tables for layout, and your code isn't semantically meaningful.

And it does kinda look like spam.
