I am a member of Weight Watchers online and they have a link (Contact Us) that I try to access with no success. When I click on it nothing happens. In the box at the bottom it reads:

Javascript:windowOpenHelp('/help/1033/cnt/index.asp')

I am wondering if I need to download some software to access this link or what??? Would appreciate some help.

Nope. Sounds like a problem with their site. Do they have another spot where you can contact them about problems with their website? If they do then try that.
