Can anyone reccommend somewhere which does FREE web hosting?
One that lets you upload/write your own pages not just use their templates.

Also can you recommend a CHEAP (preferably UK based) web forwarding (?? the one where you get your domain name and its takes visitors to crappy named site) company?
