In general a server is a computer (or a program depending on definition) which doesn't have a human sitting infront of it.
A webserver is a computer (or program) connected to the internet which has webpages on it which it will send to you if you ask (with your browser) to see that specifc page(s).

So STW you'll find plenty of answers to your question, with just a definition search you'll find the answers you want. with just a freeware shareware web servers seach you'll find exactly the server you want.
