Semi Transparent PNGs and PhotoDeluxe.

Hello all... I've been wondering about semitransparent PNGs. Does anyone who has experience with Photodeluxe (Photodeluxe Business Edition 1.0) know if/how I can use it to create semi transparent PNGs? And if anyone's asking, they'd be being used on a CSS dropdown, so IE compatibility isn't an issue.
