Google site search

I have added the google search box to my site which includes the site search option. However I am having trouble when searching my site. I replaced the YOUR DOMAIN HERE text with my site address, and google doesnt seem to recognize my site even exists.

Is there something I am missing in the code perhaps, on the page I am searching?

Has Google crawled your site yet? Try searching for something like "site:example.com" to list all your pages in Google's database. If none are listed, add your address here (http://www.google.com/addurl.html).
