newbie fireworks question and table

I just opened fireworks for the first time and sliced an image.

I then put the images in a table with each one a row.
The table is set to cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0.

Somehow there is a space between the rows of the images.

any suggestions?

You shouldn't use tables for layout. Instead, use CSS (http://keithjbrown.co.uk/vworks/design/design_2.shtml).
