Rank/scoring code help needed

Hi. Am trying to help someone with some coding but am out of my league. Any help would be appreciated. These are the specs I've been given (can this even be done in javascript?):

First Aid Kit- A,B,C

If rating between 1-4 for Matches then

JavaScript cannot write to a text file.

Well as gil said javascript cant write to .txt but you could use javascript to do the forms and stuff (more to do then with just html)

What you need is ASP or PHP. With it you can save different values and other things
