Hello.

I would like to set up a listserv (announcement list) whereby only the moderator can send to the list but anyone can respond to the moderator. (It will be a newsletter created by editing together user feedback to the last post).

Since my co-moderator is out of state, it needs to be web-based. Since I don't have my own server, I need to use a pre-existing service. Does anyone know of any such services that exist (preferably, but not necessarily, free)?

I think this is possible to do even though Yahoo Groups.

You might want to look there first.
