How do I zip a folder?

I need to send someone like 30 things and want to zip it.

Use a Zip program, such as Winzip (http://www.winzip.com/downwzeval.htm) or Free Zip (http://members.ozemail.com.au/~nulifetv/freezip/)

right click the folder -> add to zip (or add to archive if you've got winrar (http://rarlabs.com/)
