With Adobe's Premiere version 6.5, does anyone know how to take a clip and export it to where the clip is in sync with the audio/video?

I could really use any assistance. Thanks.

Not sure i understand your question. But you should have two sections in your timeline, audio and video. If the synce was already out when you captured the video in then hover the mouse over the clip on the timeline and press the right mouse button. Choose 'unlink audio/video' now you can move either the video or the audio to line up the sound syncing properly.
