redirect / refresh problem

i'm making a site, but they do not allow me to use the refresh as shown here

CONTENT="10;URL=site.com">

Is there another was i can make a site do this without the 'refresh' and without javascript?

Not from the webpage, but you can do it serverside.

But what do you mean by "they do not allow me to use"?
If you explain that better mayby we can give you a better solution?

After writing the refresh as i showed above, It says it will not accept refresh commands in the html code. .
