I'm looking for a way to automatically set the users browser homepage when users hit the homepage of our intranet. Currently we have users that find ways to change these settings and we would like an easy way to reset it automatically.

I have found scripts that set the homepage, but they require interaction from the user. I would like the page to be set automatically without the users knowing.

All of our clients are on IE 5 or higher.

I'm a new member to the forum and would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks

Bryan

I sense foul play, why would you want to force people to make your page there homepage if they do not intend to do it.

I understand your concern, but I don't want to make my page their homepage. I want' to make our hospitals INTRANET homepage, their homepage. Our nurses aren't supposed to be surfing the net while they're at work. And although we have many restrictions in place that limit their abilities to play, they do. Then, the nurses who are computer illiterate, and that would be the majority of them, get very confused when they open IE and it doesn't go to the intranet homepage. Then they call the help desk and so on...

Thanks again for any help.
