Hello,
A friend of mine has a problem with his incoming e-mail. The internet/e-mail provider converts all the attached files he receive to the .phtml file format, so he cannot open those files. How can we solve this problem?
Thanks!

I've never heard of phtml, and googling turned up nothing. Could you post an example file?

Thanks. anselmo, what do you mean by convert all his attachments? What sort of attachments? What sort of files does it produce?

For example, when receiving from someone a file called (initialy) file.doc, when download this file from the inbox, it becomes file.phtml and you cannot open it. Somehow, Windows cannot recognize the original extension of the document (in this case, .doc)

Can't you just save it to disk and rename it? What email service is this on?

The rename doesn't work. The provider, a romanian one :) is called RDS LINK.
Thanks for being interested in my problem!

What exactly doesn't work about it?
