Size of table different once logged in

Before I log in the width of the table containing the links to each forum occupies my whole screen, But when I log in it only takes up about 2/3 of it (see the attached pictures if you don't get me). Can this be fixed please?

I am a member just like you. That doesn't happen to me. So it may not be this forum's fault.
But I question why do you have to log in? Maybe it's because you log out?

I don't have to log-in every time, it's just that I installed a new HDD so my cookies were lost and I noticed the width was different. It's actually only on certain pages - this reply page and the forum index page, not sure about any others.

I find the tables are sometimes 100% and sometimes not, though i hadn't noticed it was linked to being logged in or not.
