Why So Slow?

Ive uploaded my script, and the pictures take soooooo long to load on selection through the menu, is there away of speeding it up?

If I remember correctly in your code,it does not seem to preload images,therefore takes longer to create image everytime you request one..

How would I change the script so they are preloaded?

thats quite some work,because then you will have to make serious changes to the general logic of the whole program
