Redirect cgi script

How it is possible to redirect the calling of the cgi script form a directory like ie/papas/2002/pages/form.pl rather than
ACTION="http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/form.pl".When i go inside the directory i can runt the script without any prob.But if i write http://www.mydomain.cmo/papas/2002/pages/form.pl it doesnt work.
