Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew whether a Not for Profit organisation needs to be registered in the United Kingdom?
It's just that I saw on a few sites, US ones that is, things like: " an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation. " which is also a not for profit organisation.
Any help is much appreciated.
