help with digital countdown script

help!
i've copied this script into my html editor

and have downloaded the required image files, but how do i get the script to actually assosciate with the image files and use them to countdown the time?
i've only figured out how to assign one image to each little digit.

any help?

Hi Guys,

I have manged to get the counter working and even used my own graphics...

However that is the live server...but when I am doing the devlopment on my own server the pages seems to crash when viewing in IE..anyone else had this problem??
