how much to charge for pdf > html convertion

id be interested in knowning what everyone charges to convert pdf documents into html.

id be interested in getting a price per page for plain text
another for text and some tables
and another full of tables.

all the documents would be 100 pages, and need to follow a template.

for a 100 page document, I think i would export to word, covert to html, then run it through Tidy (or the deofficer), then go through and fix anything they missed.
