place popup menu inside a table

Hello,
I'm trying to place a popup menu inside a table, but I have no clue because I'm not a programmer.
Please, help me out with this code!

I found the popupmenu at;

and found the code for placing the menu inside the table at;

I like the cascading popup menu from twinhelix, but don't know how to apply the second code to the first code.

Please, please help me!
