I'm opening a multimedia & digital arts school in Mexico City, and as part of promotion I would like to send e-mails to all my references in HTML but almost everyone has a hotmail or yahoo account so I'd like to know how to send HTML mails and that they don't receive it as an atachment even as outlook express receive the mails.

I don't think you'll have much success with this. Hotmail and Yahoo attach them rather than rendering as a security measure - i.e. to stop malicious code running unrestricted.
