Well your using frames which is bad for search engines so use SSI(Server side includes) if its on your server. Dont use tables for layout use CSS. For design i would say try and fit the nav and the content area under the banner so everything looks aligned properly and maybe use a graphic for a banner.

Sorry, not a fan of scrolling text, etc.
The colors are pretty psychotic, and vary from page to page...any way to get some uniformity? The buttons? Argh. The header? I agree with the above.

Content's fine; just work on the design!

status message- now you know you can do it bin it.

banner - change it.

navigation- after navigating a few pages i got lost.. where am i?

try to get some sort of uniform colors.

Just talking about design... Humm... why don't you take a look at www.cwd.dk?? It's a really great directory of sites. Or just navigate for a while.

I know taste is a really subjetive matter, but even the simpliest sites can look great. You may be a great programmer and have a lot of things to share on the net, but believe me that if your content isn't inside a better design it won't have the same effect.

and ey, I too have a lot of things to learn, but since you asked I must tell you that the design needs a review!! :)
