I like the design, but there's something about the colors that doesn't convence me :)

Pleased you like the design. The colour scheme last week was bright , very! Lime and lemon, loads of people told me to turn it down so I did, now you say you're not sold on it......

What do you think of then as the background colours, I'm keeping the navi images yellow , so whatever it is needs to work with them?

Let's see, as I always say please understand that English is not my native language and maybe I can't explain myself as I wish. :)

That green and yellow match together. The structure is ok, but I believe there are things that need to be changed. For example (and this is such a subjetive matter!!) I like black text on yellow, but I don't like those green links on yellow.

I would make those white headers thinner so the real content will appear sooner and because, since there are two of them, and both with white bgcolor, they take away the attention that should be given to the content below.

The yellow menu could be thinner to leave more space for the photos and content on the left. And I would leave a little bit more space between lines of photos, to leave the eyes "breath" :)

And I would make those yellow lines with links (such as "Contact us") a little bit taller.

Resuming, I believe the structure looks good, it's just that in some places you leave a lot of "nude" space and precisely where the most useful information is you don't leave space to "breath".
