CDOSYS runtime error

I am using CDOSYS to send email from my webpage and it was working fine yesterday, but when i ran a few tests today I get the following error: Cannot modify or delete an object that was added using the COM+ Admin SDK. I didn't change anything, why would this be happening?

I ran some more tests and realized that it doesn't like spaces, commas, or apostrophes in the mail to line of code, or any variable being used in the mail to line that has spaces, commas, etc. Does anyone know how to fix this, there must be a way. Please help!
