The font size for the comment and category links at the bottom of your post could be a shade bigger. Overall though, the design is really nice.

Agreed. I am reading up on how to convert all my text sizes from px to em right now. When I get that figured out, I'll be increasing the size of things that are currently 10px (like the comments link).

This site is very very pretty. In my opinion though, the background could be a little more innovative/beautiful/prettier/not so much that colour..

Eh, I've never liked it too much either, I just see too many blue sites around. Any suggestions on a different color?

i honestly think white or really light grey would work. you might have to spruce up the edges of the content but the lighter the better.

I am a big fan of your photo blog.. Brilliant pictures.

Anyways, your site is awesome, especially the top banner image thingy! Great job! And the background color is fine. If there are too many people disliking it, they're crazy, trust me. But if you want to humour them, you could change it to a lighter shade of that blue bar under the guitar pic (cuz blue is just so great! :D).

Also, your writings are very well-written, and very interesting. This is goin onto my Blogroll for sure!

Wow, now there's a couple of positive reviews. Thanks a lot folks. One of my main reasons for starting this site was to improve me writing and photography skills. I know that they are pretty weak now, but after years of practice I'm bound to improve. I've been toying with several different colors, still haven't found one I like better than this brown/blueish tone. What do you think about having two themes? A darker brownish theme and a lighter blueish theme?
