Please review it. What you think about design? Is it clear?

Well the design is simple but i guess it fits this type of site well but i would recommend a banner for the top that strecthes all the way along.

As for your code lose the tables and use css.

I completely agree that the header (& even the "ad") need some work!

I'd also suggest toning-down the index page somewhat - not only to match the rest of the site, but to keep it from looking so 'primary' & to better match the header area.

Your forms look pretty bad; again - please take the time to learn some css basics and clean-up the overall look of your site.

Lastly, in the F.A.Q. you have:
"Is there any refunds?"

lolz i agree with wat sharkey said, also just a comment on ur ad scheme users hate frames, and so do admins, well most. so i don't think it will go far :p
