Round corners with shaddow

I would like to know how can I create something like the file I attached.
rounded corners with some shaddow on it.

Well the image is small but from what i can see that is only using bevel and emboss effect but with a black shadow mode. Its all in the blending options.

Do you have adobe photoshop becuase if you

I'm sure you'll find this site particulary interesting if you really want to learn how to make the shadows you mentioned. You'll learn all kinds of tricks for creating graphical interfaces.

Take the rounded sqaure property and layout your square thing then just click on the layer and fiddle about with the settings of the bevel and emboss until you get that also you'll need to change the colour overlay to what colour you want the bar to be.
