My website uses the iframes. I've heard that there bad and you shound't use them. How does it effect your results on a search engine? Also what things determine your results on a search engine?

At any time it's not a good idea to use frames... it confuses the user should htey come to that page from the SE.

This related to the item above and where you ask how your site gets listed. It's listed by the CONTENT of your site. A long time ago you used to write a list of about 200-1000 keywords and the SE's used those words to index your site. Those days are gone it all bases your sites worth on how often those 'keywords' are used on the page.
