I like the idea. You might want to validate the pages (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//www.helpmakemydecision.com/start.asp), and sort out the use of JavaScript - at the moment, it doesn't work in Mozilla Firefox (and I guess other Gecko-based browsers) or if JavaScript is disabled.

It's a great idea and really deserves to have a more considered layout. Look at the postioning of the question and options; would a sans serif font look better; as suggested, more graphics.

Just some thoughts but get this looking good and you'll be onto something...

It's not visually top level, but I think it works. It's not very exciting or interesting, but clear.

SitePals (the talking head women) are usually considered irritating and confusing. You should make it turned off by default, mine started talking instantly when I entered the site. Also your girl stares pretty horribly — looks like she has the rabies or something.
