Online Quizzes w/ JavaScript

I am looking for some JavaScript that will allow me to create online quizzes/tests for my students to take. I would prefer the kind that give the taker immediate feedback as to their results. I have seen one that is used via BlackBoard but when I asked the professor who used it where he got it, he referred me to the U of Hawaii site. I went there but couldn't find anything.

Any suggestions?
