My company recently created a site to help content developers and web developers receive additional exposure and profit from their creations.

We give people who develop hot content/web pages 50% of the net profit we receive from their creations. We give people who refer creations 5% of the net profit derived from refered creations. We also give away cash prizes to top winners monthly.
