(hope this is the right section to ask)
When you've built a website, you want to have hits, of course.
Imagine I pick email adresses whereever I can find them (Fw-email's, guestbooks, ...) and put them in my DB where they are the base of the newsletter-table.
Site goes online and first newsletter is sent to all these (unknown) people...
Can this get me into troubles? I mean, they know from where it comes. Can they force my website to go offline, or even ask me in court for a trial?
Some advice please.

uh, yes you can get in trouble. Lots of people are going against spam right now. Have people sign up for your news letter, when a news letter is sent to people that did not sign up then it is going to be a problem.

There should be a group of computer nerds that save the world... I was thinking like good hackers and crackers. Like a group of hackers hacked the dns of the al jazeera website and put in their own page with an american flag and pictures of soldiers and it said united we stand or something. What if hackers like this ddosed spammers, and porn sites, and got access through the use of trojans, or they could crack their way in and use remote desktop or telnet, and destroy files. That would be so awesome. They would be the "web crawlers" or "web slingers" or something like spiderman. I AM GOING TO GO MAKE A COMIC BOOK NOW.
