Disguising email addresses

Hi

I am designing a site at the moment who's users want to be very descrete (STD/STI's - need I say more). We have an email form they can submit general enquries for, but they will not want their records to show our email address to or from their accounts to due to sensitive nature of the site. Is there a way of disguising our email address so that it shows as something different in our customers to/from details. I want to avoid having to buy other addresses and using forward options if possible.

Easy enough, just have the form post to a server side script that then forwards the e-mail to you.
