Hi.
I want to develope one of those sites which displays the news in the middle of its index page , I want to have a title , a brief description , date , author, a photo and a URL.
Does anyone know of any web development tools in the market that can help me develope one, relatively fast and easy, preferably to work with a PHP site in progress?
