IFRAME: scrolling to the top

Hi, I have currently designing a site using iframe to load content. Whenever a new page is loaded while the scroll if e.i in the middle of the page, this new page is not taken to the top. What can I do. page can be viwed at abexnet.org. Please help

Stop using frames. Frames are bad.


frames are inaccessible
they look bad
they kill your ability to design
they are not user friendly
the same scrolling effect can be acheived with out frames
the same content can be put onto every page without the use of a frmae.

Iframe is a type of frame, and it should not be used.
