Billing Terms and Conditions

Does anyone have some good examples of website development terms and conditions? I've ran into a problem with billing (http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=40089) and I need to setup some good guidelines to follow.

You might check out the new handbook from the Graphic Arts Guild (http://www.gag.org/). I am just about to purchase it, so haven't seen it myself yet, but I have an older version which was very helpful in my rights when dealing with clients. Supposedly it was updated to deal with the web a year or so ago, and I read some good reviews about this year's revisions to that section.
