RTK Development Searching for WebMaster

RTK Development is searching for a WebMaster to aid in finishing & maintaining their website. There are several additions we will be making to the current site, plus we will be fine tuning and working out any bugs with the existent code. There are other possible coding options for this person when this task is complete. Currently this is a labor of love.

How much are you willing to pay. Why both php and asp, why not one or the other? Or why not asp and asp.net or something?

1) Why both languages?

Well we got allot of seperate systems, and have had 2 seperate coders with diffrent levels of ability and prefrences. But we do like what we have running now, just want to add to it and fine tune the remainder.

2) How much our we willing to pay?

"Currently this is a labor of love." No one on our staff makes anything currently for the countless hours we put into our project. In fact it costs us to have this project running. Bandwidth is not cheap. We do this becuase we really do love building video games. We hope to bring someone on board that has this same passion as we do.

I have a passion for a lot of things (including gameing, I made my own system and several others and know quite a bit about hardware) but what motivates me is money. If you want a professional developer from around here it could be pricy. My rate for freelance work is from 25 to 40 bucks depending on what I am doing.

Myself and others like me work very hard as well and understand the time and commitment it takes. But I can not justify paying only one person on my staff when no one is getting paid.

We are looking for someone that would do it regardless of the cash invovled, becuase they want to be a part of this project. Granted money is a large motivater for me as well.
