Hi, I was woundering if anyone knew of a FREE news management program for a website that doesn't involve useing FTP? I always sem to have problems with useing and FTP. Thanks!

Do you mean not using FTP at all? There are some CMSs out there that you could use, but you would have to at least use something like FTP to upload the stuff on to your site.
