Hi,
I've published the web site more then a month ago and still don't see any page rank increase on Google. My site is now 0/10 and not growing up…
I've tried link exchange, SE submission, keywords, no results yet.
Any suggestions?

Thanks!

The most important thing for search engines is that they try and offer the most complete answer to the search phrase typed in. So the most important thing for your site is the main body of text. It needs to be as high up in the HTML as possible and it has to include relevant key phrases early on.
For instance say I had a site all about dog food and I was optimising for the phrase "dog food" I wouldn't write.
'Welcome to my site, here you will find out all about dog food.'
I'd write something more like,
'dog food, get the latest information right here!'
The difference, obviously, is that in my first lot of text the keyphrase was right at the end and in the second lot of text the keyphrase is right at the front.
As long as you keep it gramatically correct this is one of the best things you can do to increase your positioning.
The meta tag 'description' is also important.
