Redirect with htaccess depending on referrer.

This is what I want to do:
if the referrer is a certain site
then redirect to a certain directory on my site

I've looked at a lot of htaccess guides, but they all seem to be about hotlinking or password protecting (except for the JSkit one, but that one didn't cover this).

Oh, and the reason I want this with htaccess is because I want to set this for multiple files.
