html problem

On http://matix.freeprohost.com/dev/mac.htm why doesn't the background go the whole way, why is there a bit missing?

p.s. I know I shouldn't use an image for a plain background, but I'll change it if I can get rid of this.

because your image is not long enough. make it like 4 or 5 pixels longer and then it will fill in the way you want. also, remove the white space on the sides. it is tiling in the alloted space, that is why you are seeing the thin red line on the right side. so either crop out the white space on both sides of the image, or make the image bigger...or do both...
