the biggest things i noticed were that the ads on the bottom of the page really stole my attention, which is what they were designed to do, but which also takes away from the site a bit, and that the page is very crunched - let it expand itself a bit.

like rhsunderground said expand the page, and i would recommend adding some padding on your table.

Hi -
For Purohits site, I agree with the above comments. You need to beef-up your content so it isn't 'dwarfed' by the ads!
Delcare a !DOCTYPE in your code...and try using CSS instead of tables - you don't really need them, at least on the page I looked at.
The second site's nav links in the header started upwards and to the right on my browser [f-fx] - splitting the row in half. Your logo on this one could use some interest, as well.
