Conflicting Scripts?

Could anyone give me some advice on why my two scripts seem to conflict.

My problem is with this page:

It is a composite of these two pages which each work separtately.

http://www.bluepixelweb.com/test/index2.html

and

http://www.bluepixelweb.com/test/index3.html

Oh, the problem is that my rollovers for the main menu do not work. A drop shawdow should appear on the OVER state of each button.
