i need to develop a softphone solution integrated on the website ,.....jut like dialpad ....
i want to knw in which programming language this application can be created easily...

If you're looking to do VOIP, you're probably better off buying a solution (or pieces of it) rather than trying to develop it yourself. It isn't trivial, especially if you try doing it on a large scale and including PC to phone. It also takes more than just a website, you need client side software as well.
