I have a form that people fill out on my website. When they submit it, I want them to get an auto response saying "Thank you for submitting.. blah blah blah"

I am handcoding the site (Its for a Role Playing Game) and dont know scripting at all.

How can I get the auto response to work?

The form is here: http://members.shaw.ca/atrektng/applicants/bnbjoin.htm

Thanks !
Sarah

I have both XP on a laptop, and osX.3 on my desktop.

Does it matter?

I have no idea.
*is a complete n00b*

The form is handcoded HTML, its cobbled together and probably very laughable.

I was told by my husband that it might be too hard for me to do, but I am determined to find a way.

I dont know if Perl is even the right thing to use, much less what I need to use it.

Sorry I have so little information,
Sarah

the bnb form has an auto-reply feature... check out www.bignosebird.com for more details.
