Forms: From Field Changes

Hello and thanks in advance for your help!!

I have a form that currently works great, except when the user hits submit, and it comes to me, the from address says admin@mydomain

On the form, I have a spot for publisher name and publisher email... and I want the email that I get to read their email address in the from spot...

well that would be correct, but it doesn't come across like that... so are there any changes I can make to make it work?

Hi, did you ever resolve this, I am in the exact same situation. Whe I get the form results as an email, the FROM field contains the email address that is defined for my Front Page extensions with my ISP. How did you get the inputer's email to show in the FROM when the results are received?
