Error Message help

I am new to scripting and have just posted a script on a site, but am getting an error message. COuld someone please look at this and maybe help me figure out the problem?

Still not working. ANy other suggestions?

The reason there are two sets of those is because that site has a Server Side Include. It draws the navigation bar from a seperate html site.
