Scroll bar within page help

Hello, could someone please give me script or a link to somewhere that tells me how to get a scroll bar - the thing on the right - inside my index page for 'news'. Thanks

A windows scrollbar is automatically shown when the contents exceed the window height.

Is your index page opened in a new window or an iframe?

When the page loads look to the left on the news section. Are looking for a custom scrollbar like that? It's javascript. You may want to go that directions for really doing some custom scrollbars.
